I never received an account activation email from you.
Large free email systems such as Hotmail.com, AOL.com, Yahoo.com, and others often block our confirmation emails because they are falsely identified as SPAM.  If you did not receive the account activation email, check your junk mail folder or SPAM box.  If you are unable to located it, it is likely your ISP is blocking email from us.  To solve this problem you will either have to contact your email provider and have them allow email from us OR you will have to sign up using a different email service.  We recommend Gmail.  We must be able to send you emails so that you can receive your order and access information when making purchases.  IF you emailed us and did not receive a response, it is because your ISP is blocking mail from Netcode.com
 
How do I download the files I just bought? 
When you purchase downloads you are given an order ID.  Use the order ID and your email address that you used when making the purchase, to access your downloads click HERE 

NOTE:  If you paid with Visa / MC you were sent an email with your order ID and access information.  If you paid any other way, we will email you access information once payment has been verified.

 

I cant seem to log in to access my files? 
The most common reasons for this are....
1.  You must have cookies and scripts enabled on your web browser to access your files.  Also,  our web site is optimized to use Internet Explorer 6 or higher. 
2.  You paid using something other than VISA / MC.  You must wait until payment is verified before we send you access instructions.


I click on the link but the file doesn't download? 
You must have cookies and scripts enabled on your web browser in order to download files.  Additionally, our system works best with Internet Explorer.


Can I use a download manager program or plug in? 
Most download managers do work with our system.  However, if you have issues downloading with a download manager, please try without.

Why does it download so slow? 
New releases are served from a very high speed server.  If a new release is downloading slowly, it may simply be an intermittent problem that will resolve itself in a day or so.  Older titles may download more slowly depending on how busy our server is.  Please be patient. 
 
My purchase was declined so why is there is still a charge on my online credit card statement? 
This is a side effect of the credit card authorization process when either the address information you provided does not match what is on your credit card statement OR when the bank that issued your credit card, does not support address verification.  When a purchase attempt is declined due to address verification error, a charge "may" still appear on your account briefly.  The charge will be removed from your account within 72 hours.  This happens because a merchant bank servicing between us and your card issuer, authorizes the purchase amount (reserving that amount on your credit card) before verifying the address information.  So, when the address information fails, a request must be sent to your bank to reverse that authorization (remove the pre-authorization).  This amount will be removed within 72 hours and you will NOT be charged.
